Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days. We ship by Canada Post, UPS, Canpar or Dicom. If you choose the expedited shipping options the packages are delivered within 3 to 6 days in Canada, 5 to 7 days in the United States, and 6 to 10 days for international destinations. By cons, the most economical shipping options to international destinations can take up to 4 to 6 weeks.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, Canpar or Dicom have suspended their delivery guarantee. This Holiday season, shop early because Canada Post and other carriers anticipate delays in delivering packages.

Otherwise, shipping costs are calculated by weight. In the shopping cart you will find a calculator that you can use to estimate the shipping costs (by putting in your zip code) before final payment.

We want you to be satisfied! If this were not the case, we can refund or exchange your purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.

The return costs are your responsibility. Returned items must be in perfect condition. We are unable to accept returns on items that are scratched, damaged, or that are not returned in their undamaged original packaging. Unfortunately, in these situations, the items will be returned to you, and at your own cost. For more details you can access our Return Policy here.

The goods are shipped in a rigid corrugated box. If the item is fragile, it is wrapped in tissue paper, bubble film or kraft paper. Items are surrounded by cushioning material (bubble film or kraft paper) on the top, bottom and sides of the inner container to limit movement and protect the item. The shipping box is closed with shipping tape. If appropriate, a "FRAGILE" label appears on top and on one side.

If you order from Canada, federal and provincial taxes will be added after you have given your shipping address. If you order from outside of Canada, there will be no added taxes. Please, note that for international shipping, it is possible that you have to pay customs fees.
