This Ilk
Montreal designer Tamara Bavdek presents a collection of unique and original pieces inspired by the 1960s and the astonishing look of Edie Sedgwick, the muse of Andy Warhol. This one wore very large jewels which appeared to be made of lace. The latter was a great source of inspiration for the designer, and that's how it all began ...
After a little experimentation, the designer realizes that lace is to textiles what gold is to metals and diamonds to rocks, and that nothing beats huge, ultra-light jewelry!
Use & Care: Although every piece is as solid and durable as possible, lace and the occasional fringe remains a delicate material. It is preferable to store the jewelry flat or hanging depending on the design to help keep its shape as long as possible. Should some of the lace become wrinkled, you could put it under a heavy book as long as needed. Other maintenance solutions include using a flat iron for hair (specifically for the lack of moisture) on low setting to iron fringe and lace tips as well as Tide-to-go or Shout wipes to brighten whites.
Shipping:We ship to Quebec, Canada, the United States, Europe and in most countries around the world.
Return Policy : Exchanges and refunds accepted within 10 days following the delivery of the order.
