In order to bring out the depth of the glaze color, Noémi trims each outer pot and top to create a soft texture. This modern, rustic butter dish looks beautiful on the table or counter.
The French butter dish keeps butter soft and spreadable at room temperature. The magic is the water in the base which creates a seal with the lid. Satisfied customers call it life changing.

Naomi Charron is a ceramic artist from Montréal, Québec. From the moment she laid her hands on clay back in 2003 she was hooked. She loved that Ishe could transform a mound of mud into something meaningful and beautiful.
Dishwasher & microwave safe. Pack softened butter into the lid. Put a few centimeters of cold water and a pinch of salt in the pot. Place the lid on the pot, ensuring that the butter is immersed in water to create a seal. Change the water every 3 days or every day during warm weather.
