A beautiful little striped bowl reminiscent of marinières, the cotton long-armed shirts with horizontal blue or black and white stripes, characteristically worn by quartermasters and seamen in the French Navy. Handmade in stoneware and small enough to be perfect for your tea or tisane!
Each cup is unique. The images give a good idea of the one you’ll receive. The making of these small stoneware bowls makes them all unique. This is why colours, dimensions and motives can vary from one to another. See it as the pledge of a work done by hand.

Elisabeth Gauthier's work is based on the pleasure of experimentation. It's found in her search for glazes and in the different techniques that she uses. She likes to say that she offers ceramic pieces for sunny days, rainy days and winter evenings.
The items are dishwasher safe. The pigments used for the glazes do not allow the use of the microwave.
